Product-owned the platform end to end, setting vision, roadmap and priorities across design, engineering and industry teams. Worked with users and delivery teams to identify recurring needs and turn them into reusable product capabilities. Scaled the team to 100+ people across six geographies and managed $3m+ product investment.
