A recent design I worked on for a leading food manufacturing client based in Ireland. Designed for internal vision communication, the below depicts a future state enabled by a digital thread integrating Procurement, Inbound Raw Materials, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Food Safety & Quality and Outbound processes. This work was part of a Connected Plant scoping and planning engagement I led in March/April 2024.
